One owner of ShyJot Fine Arts, LLC, Amanda Salisbury, is licensed to practice law in the state of Oklahoma (Bar Number 19210) but currently does not practice. As a licensed attorney, Amanda is subject to the Oklahoma Rules of Professional Conduct (5 O.S. 2021, Ch. 1, App. 3-A) in all dealings, whether related to the practice of law or otherwise. However, not all rules are applicable in all situations. For example, when a contract for services includes a confidentiality promise, everyone from Besparc, including Amanda, is contractually obligated to keep the services confidential. Amanda also has a professional responsibility to keep the services confidential. However, Amanda cannot exercise attorney-client privilege related to the services because she does not represent the legal interests of the customer.

Our relationship with you is a service provider to a customer. Any agreement for services between us retains that relationship. Our company, brand, owners, and employees never create an attorney-client relationship with a customer.
