The Contract
The contract, sometimes called a service agreement, is a written document that you and we sign. It holds all of the terms that you’ve promised and that we’ve promised.
The contract states:
- The work you are hiring us to do,
- All costs you will pay, including any deposit,
- Your choices when options are available,
- Whether you are buying the copyright to our original works,
- Timelines and due dates,
- Unacceptable behaviors and consequences,
- When and how you or we can withdraw from the agreement, and
- All other contractual terms.
We begin work only after you’ve signed a contract.
Changing the Contract
We can change the contract only if we provide you the changes in writing and you sign the changes.

Withdrawal from the Contract
The contract will say when and how you or we can withdraw from the contract.
Generally, you can withdraw if we fail to do what we’ve promised in the contract and also fail to correct the problem in a way the contract allows.
