Digital Products

Generally, all sales of digital products are final, meaning that we do not accept returns, give refunds, or authorize exchanges for digital products.

However, we may refund a digital product sale related to an order cancellation as described below.

Please read our refund policy in full before placing a digital product order or requesting a return, refund, exchange, or order cancellation related to a digital product.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel an accidental order for a digital product within seven (7) days after the order is placed.

To cancel an order, submit a contact form that includes the order number, your name, a valid email address, and a request to cancel the order. You may also request a refund in the same contact form submission.

We may deny a refund if:

• the digital product was delivered by immediate access,
• the digital product was delivered by separate download and has been downloaded, or
• we cannot determine whether the digital product has been downloaded or otherwise accessed.

If we approve a refund, we will credit the original payment source within seven to ten (7-10) business days after we receive your contact form submission.

Definitions

Digital product means any product that we create without buyer customization and distribute in an electronic format. We might refer to digital products as digital downloads, printables, or similar words or phrases. Digital products may be delivered by immediate access or separate download, or both.

Immediate access means the digital product is delivered automatically to the buyer’s browser as soon as the purchase is completed even if the product is also delivered to the buyer’s online account or email address.

Separate download means the digital product is only delivered to the buyer’s online account or email address once the purchase is completed.

Return means any action a buyer takes to give back to a seller previously purchased products for a refund or exchange.

Refund means an action a seller may take to credit a buyer for the purchase price of a completed transaction.

Exchange means an action a seller may take to receive already-purchased merchandise from a buyer and give the buyer different merchandise of a similar value.

Order cancellation means any action a buyer takes to stop a previously submitted order from being completed or to stop the payment transaction for a previously submitted order.

Accidental order means any order the buyer placed accidentally or unintentionally.
